What Is A Pole Social
A pole social is a private studio event where you and your group get to have a go at pole in a fun, relaxed and completely private setting. No experience, strength or flexibility required.
You will learn some beginner friendly spins, have a laugh with your friends and enjoy something completely different. There's no pressure to be perfect. It's all about having fun, trying something new and feeling faboulous.

How The Hour Unfolds
Warm up - Learn - Combine - Dance!
We will start with a fun warm-up before learning a selection of beginner friendly spins. We will then put them together into a little combination before turning it into a piece of choreography.
And the best part? You choose the song! Pick your favorite track, learn the choreography and finish the hour with your very own mini pole routine.
Celebrating something special? For hen parties, birthdays or any other celebrations, you are welcome to bring along your own balloons, banners and decorations to make the studio your own for the occasion.
